Soy Sauce Foam
  • 1 teaspoon Bubblo
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  1. Combine the Bubblo and soy sauce in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Use a hand blender to whip in bubbles. Hold the blender at an angle near the surface.
  3. Wait a moment for the bubbles to stabilize before collecting them with a spoon and transferring to a plate. Serve immediately.
  4. Reblend to make more bubbles.
