Carrot and Tangerine Air
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1 teaspoon Bubblo
  1. Juice the carrots and tangerines, discarding all pulp.
  2. Combine the Bubblo with the juices in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Use a hand blender to whip in bubbles. Hold the blender at an angle near the surface.
  4. Wait a moment for the bubbles to stabilize before collecting them with a spoon and transferring to a plate or glass. Serve immediately.
  5. Reblend to make more bubbles.
